Recipe for Chops Tikka Masala
Ingredients
- Mutton chops 1/2 kg
- Onion (ground) 1
- Tomatoes (blended) 3
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste (heaped) 1 tsp
- Green chilies (ground) 1 tsp
- Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
- National tikka boti masala (heaped) 2 tbsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Marinate chops with ginger garlic paste, yogurt and tikka masala for 1 hour.
Heat oil, add ground onion paste and fry till golden.
Add marinated chops with blended tomatoes, ground green chilies and cook over low flame till chops tender and thick gravy left.
Lastly add cream.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve with paratha.
