Recipe for White Pasanday
Ingredients
- Pasanday ½ kg
- Yogurt 1 ½ cup (beaten)
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp heaped
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Cumin roasted and grinded 1 tsp
- Raw papaya 1 tbsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Garlic paste ½ tsp
- Salt ¾ tsp
- Yogurt 1-1/2 cup (whipped)

- Ingredients for Baghar:
- Whole red chilies 4
- White cumin seeds ½ tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Boil pasanday with 2 cups of water, ginger garlic paste, raw papaya, salt, chilli powder, all spice, till tender and water dries.
Remove in a serving platter.
Then spread or cover properly with yogurt.
Now topped with baghar and serve immediately.
