Recipe for Boti Tikka
Ingredients
- Beef ½ kg
- Lemons 3
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
- Tikka Masala 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Wash Meat and add in 2 tbsp papaya paste, 3 tbsp lemon juice, some salt.
Add 2 tbsp tikka masala, 1 tbsp red chili flakes and 1 tsp roasted white cumin.
Mix it and hammer them.
Cook them on the grill pan.
Keep on brushing oil.
When cooked serve them with parathas.
