Recipe for Fried Daal Mash
Ingredients
- Daal Mash 500g
- Desi Ghee 3 tbsp
- Onion Half Onion
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Green Chili 2pieces
- Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Tomato 3 pieces
- Salt as per taste
- Red Chili Crushed 1tsp
- Black Pepper Crushed 1tsp
- Coriander Powder 1tsp
- Cumin Powder 1tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Whole Red Chili 6 pieces
- Butter 5g
- Ginger, Green Chili, Green Coriander Garnish
- Hot Water Half Cup
Cooking Directions
In a cooking pot, add and boil water, turmeric, salt and Daal Mash. In a cooking pot, add Desi Ghee, onion, cumin, green chili and fry until light brown.
Now add, ginger & garlic paste and fry until light brown.
Afterward, add tomato, salt, red chili crushed, black pepper crushed, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, hot water and cook it for 5-7 minutes.
Now add boiled Daal Mash, whole red chili, ginger, green coriander, green chili, butter and cook it for 5-7 minutes.
Your tasty Fried Daal Mash is ready to serve.
