• 1 cup whole black lentils
• 1 tbsp garlic crushed
• to taste salt
• pinch turmeric powde
• 1 tsp ginger paste
• 1 tbsp red chilli crushed
• 1 onion
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 green chilli crushed
• 5 tbsps fresh corriander

In a pressure cooker add all the ingredients except last four in lentil

Cook on low flame until lentil cooked

Add green chili and fresh coriander

Before serving put tarka on lentil
