Recipe for Dhaka Fried Fish
Ingredients
- Fish (Bhetki) 400g
- Salt as per taste
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
- Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Egg 1 piece
- Red Chili Crushed 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Crushed 1 tsp
- Yellow Color 1 pinch
- Corn Flour 2 tsp
- Maida Flour 3 tsp
- Sesame as per needed
- Cooking Oil as per needed
Cooking Directions
Cut the fish into pieces.
In a pot, add and marinate fish pieces, salt, lemon juice, ginger & garlic paste, red chili crushed, black pepper crushed, yellow color, corn flour, maida flour.
Now keep in the refrigerator for an hour.
Now cover the marinated fish with sesame and fry until golden brown.
