Recipe for Peshawari Fry Murgh
Ingredients
- Whole Chicken 1
- Garlic paste 1tbsp
- Tara garam masala 1tbsp
- Salt 2tsp
- Red chili powder 1tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
- Crushed red chili 1tbsp
- Crushed black peppercorns ½ tsp
- Tara chat masala 2 tsp
- Vinegar ¼ cup
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Oil for deep fry
- For garnishing:
- Onion rings 1
- Tomatoes 1
- Lemon 2
- Cucumber 1
- Tara chat masalaas required
Cooking Directions
Make small slits in 1 whole chicken.
Mix 1tbsp garlic paste ,1tbsp ginger ,1tbsp of tara garam masala ,2 tsp tara garam masala, 2tsp salt, 1tbsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1tbsp crushed red chili ,1/2 tsp crushed black pepper, 2tsp of tara chat masala, 1/4 cup vinegar and ½ cup curd in a bowl and cover the chicken in this mixture.
Cook chicken in a pan over low flame.
When chicken tenders and water get dries then deep fry the chicken in a pan.
Dish out when chicken turns light brown.
Sprinkle tara chat masala and Garnish with tomato, cucumber, and lemon wedges.
