Recipe for Balochi Mutton Karahi
Ingredients
- Mutton 500g
- Cooking Oil half cup
- Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Onion half
- Salt as per taste
- Whole Hot Spices 5 g
- Whole Red Chili 3 pieces
- Green Chili Crushed 2 pieces
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Red Chili Crushed 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper Crushed 1 tsp
- Tomato 4 pieces
- Almonds & Cashew Crushed 2 tbsp
- Hot Water 1 glass
- Ginger, Coriander, Green Chili for garnishing
Cooking Directions
In pressure cooker, add cooking oil, mutton, ginger & garlic paste, onion, salt, whole hot spices, whole red chili, green chili, cumin, red chili crushed, black pepper crushed, tomato, almonds & cashew crushed and cook it for 5-7 minutes.
Now, add hot water and steam it for 20-25 minutes.
In the end, add ginger, coriander, green chili for garnishing.
Your tasty Balochi Mutton Karahi is ready to serve.
