Recipe for Kashmiri Pulao
Ingredients
- Rice 500g
- Mutton 500g
- Salt as per taste
- Cooking Oil 4 tbsp
- Onion 1 piece
- Green Chili 2 pieces
- Cumin 1 tbsp
- Whole Hot Spices 5 g
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1- ½ tbsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Water 600g
- Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper Crushed 1 tsp
- Hot Spices powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Almonds 10g
- Cashew 10g
- Pistachio 10g
- Walnut 10g
- Apple for garnishing
Cooking Directions
In a cooking pot, add water, salt, mutton and boil it.
In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, onion, green chili, cumin, whole hot spies and cook it until light brown.
Now add ginger & garlic paste, boiled mutton, yogurt, salt, red chili powder, black pepper crushed, hot spices powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, almonds, cashew, pistachio, walnut and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
After that add mutton stock 600g and boil it.
When water remains in small quantity, steam it.
Use apple slices for garnishing.
Your tasty Kashmiri Pulao is ready to serve.
