Recipe for Mutton Roast Masala

Ingredients

  • Mutton 500g
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbsp
  • Turmeric 1tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Water 2 cup
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Whole Red Chili 5g
  • Whole Cumin 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
  • Whole Black Pepper 1tsp
  • Fennel 1 tsp
  • Ginger (cube cutting) 5g
  • Garlic 5g
  • Green Coriander garnishing

Cooking Directions

In a cooking pan, add ghee, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and saute it.

Now, add salt, mutton and cook for 2-3 minutes.

After that, add water and steam for 35-40 minutes or until tender.

In a grinder, add yogurt, whole red chili, whole cumin, lemon juice, black pepper, fennel, ginger, garlic and grind it. Roast masala is ready.


After steam, add roast masala and cook for 8-10 minutes or until masala remain half.

Use green coriander for garnishing.

Your tasty Mutton Roast Masala now ready to serve.
