• Beef trotters 1-2
• Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
• Garlic 4-5 cloves
• Ginger 1 inch
• Onion 2
• Yogurt ½ cup
• Badyaan flower 2
• Paya Maslaa 3 tbsp
• Oil / clarified butter ½ cup
• Salt to taste
• For serving:
• Green corianderas required
• Green chiliesas required
• Lemon slicesas required
• Onion (brown)½ cup

Clean and wash the trotters and add it in the pan.

Add onion and chopped ginger garlic.

Add in some water and cook it on high flame.
