Recipe for Shahi Bara Paya
Ingredients
- Beef trotters 1-2
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Garlic 4-5 cloves
- Ginger 1 inch
- Onion 2
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Badyaan flower 2
- Paya Maslaa 3 tbsp
- Oil / clarified butter ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- For serving:
- Green corianderas required
- Green chiliesas required
- Lemon slicesas required
- Onion (brown)½ cup
Cooking Directions
Clean and wash the trotters and add it in the pan.
Add onion and chopped ginger garlic.
Add in some water and cook it on high flame.
