Recipe for Deep Fried Vegetable Roll
Ingredients
- 5 spring roll sheets
- 200 gms glass noodles
- 100 gms white cabbage
- 50 gms shredded carrots
- 20 gms mushroom sauce
- 20 ml white soya sauce
- 5 ml back soya sauce
- 10 gms sugar
- 5 gms black pepper powder
- 50 gms plum sauce
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Soak glass noodles in lukewarm water.Heat oil in a pan and fry the shredded cabbage and carrots in it.
Now add glass noodles in the pan and add sauce, salt and chilly-powder to it.
Shift the noodles to another hot pan and drain out excess water.
Add the noodle mixture to each spring roll sheet and seal the roll with cornflour paste.
Deep-fry the rolls until golden brown.Serve it with plum sauce.
