Recipe for Mutton Karachi Karahi
Ingredients
- Mutton 1 kg
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Red chilli 1 tsp
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
- Spiced For Dum:
- Chopped ginger 50 gm
- Green chillies 50 gm
- Dried fenugreek 1 tbsp
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- All spice powder 2 tsp
- Coriander seeds 2 tsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Heat oil and put ginger garlic paste and cumin.
When fragrance comes, add mutton and roast on high flame.
Then put tomatoes, red chilli, salt and turmeric and cook on low flame for 45 minutes.
When meat tender, put all spices of dum and cover it for 10 minutes.
