Recipe for Chicken aur Badam kay Samosay
Ingredients
- Samosa Wraps 12
- Boiled chicken boneless 8 pieces (cubed)
- Cottage Cheese 1 packet
- Black Pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
- Green Chilies 3 (crushed)
- Almonds 10-12 (finely chopped)
- Lemons 2
- Salt to taste
- Mint Leaves ½ bunch (finely chopped)
- Cumin 1 tsp (roasted & ground)
- Egg Whites 2
- Oil for frying as required
Cooking Directions
Grate cottage cheese then mix almonds, green chilies, black pepper, cumin, salt, chicken and mint leaves in it.
Place this mixed mixture on each samosa wrap and wrap it forming a triangle shape.
Apply egg whites on the edges and seal its edges.
Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry samosas till they turn golden brown.
Remove them on a tissue paper so that the excess oil is absorbed.
