• Pasta ½ packet
• Spring onion green part 1 cup
• Green coriander ½ cup (chopped)
• Spinach 1 cup finely chopped (optional)
• Oregano 1 tbsp
• Olive oil 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste

Wash and clean all vegetables chop green coriander, spring onion and spinach very finely on cutting board.

In a bowl add chopped spring onion, spinach, boiled pasta, olive oil, oregano, and salt.

Mix all with spoon dish out and serve.
