Recipe for Crunchy Salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp Curry powder
- 3 tbsps Mango chutney
- 2.5 Chicken breasts
- 1 Cucumber , sliced
- 4 tbsps Olive oil
- 4 tbsps Almonds (grated)
- to taste Lemon
- 2 pounds Watercress
Cooking Directions
In a bowl marinate chicken with curry powder and a tbsp of oil.
In a pan cook chicken until golden Cut into strips.
Whisk remaining oil and mango chutney with lemon juice.
In a bowl mix cucumber, watercress, chicken and almonds.
