Recipe for Beef and Beans in Sauce
Ingredients
- Beef undercut ½ kg
- Onion 1
- Tomatoes 2
- Soup stock 1 cup
- Green chili sliced 4 – 5
- Ginger 1 inch piece (sliced)
- Garlic cloves 5 – 6 (sliced)
- Green beans 8 - 12 nos
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- White vinegar 2 – 3 tbsp
- Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 3 – 4 tbsp
- Green onion 2 - 3 stem (chopped)
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Cut the undercut beef into thin strips.
Heat oil in a pan and fry cloves of chopped garlic and chopped ginger.
Saute for 2 – 3 minutes and add the beef strips to it.
As the color of the beef starts changing put oyster sauce, all spice powder, white vinegar and sliced green chilies and fry them well.
Now add green beans, chopped tomatoes and chopped onion and fry them for 1 to 2 minutes.
Now pour the stock and mix well.
In the end mix corn flour in sufficient amount of water and add slowly into the gravy.
When the gravy thickens turn the flame off.
Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve.
