• Beef undercut ½ kg
• Papaya paste 1 tbsp
• Lemon juice ¼ cup
• Chili powder 1 tsp
• All spice powder 1 tsp
• Cumin powder 1 tsp
• Butter 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Olive oil as required
• For Potato Salad :
• Potatoes 3 – 4 (boiled and sliced)
• Spring onion ½ cup (chopped)
• Raisins ¼ cup
• Salt to taste
• Olive oil ¼ cup
• Black pepper as required (crushed)
• Mayonnaise 1 cup

Cut undercut into steaks form.

In a mixing bowl put together papaya paste, lemon juice, chili powder, all spice, cumin powder, butter, salt and 2 – 3 tbsp olive oil.

Mix very well. Marinate steak piece in it for 10 – 15 minutes.

Now cook in a grill pan till golden brown from both the sides.

In a separate bowl mix together boiled and sliced potatoes, spring onion, raisins, salt, olive oil, crushed black pepper and mayonnaise.

Serve potato salad with beef steaks.
