Recipe for Lamb With Garlic Sauce
Ingredients
- Lamb meat 250 gram
- Capsicums(cubed) 2
- Carrot (finally cut) 1
- Tomato ketchup 1 cup
- Cabbage (finally cut) ½ head
- Garlic (chopped) 50 gram
- Whole red chilies (break from the center) 50 gram
- Corn flour
- Chicken stock 1 ½ cups
- Corn flour as required
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
Cooking Directions
Cut meat into long and thin strip.
Heat oil on wok.
Coat meat with with corn flour and fry .
Heat little oil in a frying pan fry red chilies and garlic till golden.
Add capsicums, carrot and cabbage; fry on high flame and add meat.
Add tomato ketchup, salt and stock; add dissolved corn flour little at a time, stirring continuously, until gravy thickens.
Serve hot.
