Recipe for MEAT ROAST
Ingredients
- 1 kilo whole undercut beef
- 2 tsps red chili powder
- 5 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tbsps oil
- to taste salt
Cooking Directions
Hit meat well with a fork.
Rub red chili powder and salt over meat.
Apply Worcestershire sauce and keep in refrigerator overnight.
Next day, heat oil, place meat and let it brown on both sides.
Add water to tenderize the meat and cook on low flame till done.
Cut in slices before serving. Serve hot
