Recipe for Lahori Mutton Karahi
Ingredients
- Mutton 1 kg
- Chopped tomatoes 1/2 kg
- Onion slice 1
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1-1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Water 2 cups
- Garlic water 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 3
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Butter 8 oz
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Put water in pressure cooker, add mutton, tomatoes, onion, salt, crushed red chili and red chili powder and cook for 20 minutes.
Now take out meat in wok, put yogurt and butter and fry it.
Oil comes up, put black pepper, crushed coriander, green chilies and coriander leaves and serve with naan.
