• Chicken boneless ½ kg cubes
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp heaped
• Chili powder 1 tsp
• Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
• Black pepper ½ tsp
• Mustard paste 1 tsp
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp
• Salt 1 ½ tsp
• Soya sauce 2 tbsp
• Raw papaya 1 tbsp
• Eggs 2 beaten
• Onion 1 cut into cubes
• Capsicum 1 cut into cubes

Marinate chicken with Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp heaped, Chili powder 1 tsp, Crushed red pepper 1 tsp, Black pepper ½ tsp, Mustard paste 1 tsp, Lemon juice 2 tbsp, Salt 1 ½ tsp, Soya sauce 2 tbsp, Raw papaya 1 tbsp put on wooden skewers, alternating with vegetables, dip in beaten egg and deep fry.
