Recipe for CLASSIC CHICKEN BROAST
Ingredients
- 1 kilo Chicken
- 2 cups Cold water
- 1/2 cup Corn flour
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp Chinese salt
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsps Chili sauce
- 2 tbsps Soya sauce
- Oil for fry
Cooking Directions
Soak 1 kilo chicken pieces with 2 tsp soya sauce, 2tbsp chili sauce, ½ tsp Chinese salt, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, 1tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, and leave it for 1 hour.
Then mix ½ cup flour and 1 cup of corn flower, then roll every chicken piece in flour mixture and dip these pieces in 2 cups of cold water, then again roll in the flour mixture and in the end deep fry it in oil.
When turned golden brown dish out and serve hot with a spicy sauce.
