Recipe for Grill Chicken Steam Ball
Ingredients
- Chicken mince ½ kg
- Egg 2
- Bread crumbs 4 tbsp
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Worchestershire sauce 1 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Shashlik sticks as required
Cooking Directions
In chopper put together chicken mince, egg, bread crumbs, flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper powder and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Chop well.
Remove mixture in a bowl, make small balls and keep aside.
Boil water in a pan, add in mince balls carefully and cook for 6 – 8 minutes.
Then remove mince balls and keep aside.
Now cook mince balls in a grill pan till golden brown.
Heat oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and fry well.
Add in soya sauce, Worchestershire sauce, tomato ketchup, honey and salt.
Cook till sauce starts boiling, add in prepared mince balls, coat very well with the sauce.
Thread 3 balls in each Shashlik stick.
Pour a little sauce on top and serve.
