Recipe for Chutney Stick Botti
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Beef (cut into small cubes)
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Mustard paste
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Raw papaya
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Ingredients for Chutney :
- 250 gm Yogurt
- 1 Onion
- 1 Potatoes boiled
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 4 Green chilies
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp Salt.
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp Mint leaves
Cooking Directions
1/2 kg Beef cubes with 1 tsp Chaat Masala, 1 tsp Chili powder, 1 tbsp chopped Garlic, 1/2 tsp Black pepper, 1/2 tsp Mustard paste, 2 tbsp Vinegar, 2 tbsp raw papaya and Salt to taste.
Keep aside for 1 hour.
Now dip in 4 beaten Eggs, roll in 1 cup Bread crumbs and deep fry till its color turn to golden brown.
Method for Chutney :
In blender put together 250 gm Yogurt, 1 Onion, 1 Boiled potato, 3 cloves Garlic, 4 Green chilies, 1 tsp Cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp Salt, 2 tbsp Coriander leaves and 2 tbsp Mint leaves.
Blend well and serve with Stick Botti.
