• Mutton chops ½ kg
• Garlic &ginger paste 1 tbsp
• Red chilli 8
• Garlic cloves 6
• White cumin 1 tsp
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Lemon 4
• Curd 1 cup
• Salt as required
• Oil as required
• Tomato & onion salad ingredients:
• Onion 2
• Tomato 3
• Mint ½ bunches
• Green chilli 4
• Salt as required
• Lemon 2

Toss in 2 diced onions, 3 diced tomatoes, ½ bunch chopped mint, 4 chopped green chillies, salt to taste and the juice of 2 lemons in bowl and mix it well.

Wash
the chops well Put 1 tbsp of ginger and garlic paste, 1 cup curd, and salt in it .

Place in a saucepan and allow to cook its own water.

When the water starts to dry, turn the flame off and allow to cool.

In a blender blend together 8 chillies and 6 garlic cloves to make chutney.

Now Add red chilli chutney, lemon juice and 1 tsp of cumin powder into the boiled chops.

Heat grill pan and add oil. Grill both sides of chops.

Place grilled chops on pan and sprinkle black pepper and lemon juice and cover for some time.

Delicious grilled chops are ready to serve with tomato and onion salad.
