Recipe for Peshawari Paneer
Ingredients
- Grated cottage cheese 2 packets
- Tomatoes ½ kg
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Roasted and crushed cumin 11 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies 6
- Flour ½ cup
- Oil ½ cup
Cooking Directions
Grate 2 packets of cottage cheese and mix in it ½ cup flour and mash it.
Then add in 3 chopped green chilies and crushed black pepper.
Make small balls out of it and shallow fry it.
Take a handi and add in ½ kg chopped tomatoes.
Add in 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, some salt, 1 tbsp red chili, 1 tsbp crushed black pepper, chopped green chilies and 1 tsp roasted and crushed cumin.
Cook it till the water dries.
Then add in ½ cup oil and cook it.
Add in fried cottage cheese balls and simmer it.
Peshwari paneer is ready to serve.
