Recipe for BENGAN PAKORA FRY

Ingredients

  • Besan 1 cup
  • Rice flour 1/4 cup
  • Ginger paste 1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves 12
  • Onions 1 small
  • Baking Soda,a pinch
  • Oil (for deep frying)
  • Salt

Cooking Directions

Chop onions into long pieces and keep aside

Chop green chilli and curry leaves and keep aside

Take besan and rice flour into a vessel.

Add salt and baking soda. Mix well
Add ginger paste, onion pieces, green chilli and curry leaves

Add water little by little and prepare the batter. Batter should not be too loose nor too thick.

Taste for salt and spice.

Take small portions of the batter, and deep fry.
