• Pears 2
• Fresh milk ½ litre
• Ice 1 cup
• Sugar ½ cup
• Jaam-e-Shireen 3 tbsp
• Roasted and crushed white cumin seeds ½ tsp
• Mint few leaves

Peel the pears and cut them into small cubes.

Now in a blender, blend the cubes, milk, sugar, ice and jam-e-shireen really well until smooth.

Then take it out in a glass and add in white cumin seeds and mint.

Serve chilled.
