Recipe for Nashpati Ka Sherbet
Ingredients
- Pears 2
- Fresh milk ½ litre
- Ice 1 cup
- Sugar ½ cup
- Jaam-e-Shireen 3 tbsp
- Roasted and crushed white cumin seeds ½ tsp
- Mint few leaves
Cooking Directions
Peel the pears and cut them into small cubes.
Now in a blender, blend the cubes, milk, sugar, ice and jam-e-shireen really well until smooth.
Then take it out in a glass and add in white cumin seeds and mint.
Serve chilled.
