Recipe for Keri Ka Sharbat
Ingredients
- Keri 1/2 kg
- Sugar 1/2 kg
- Black salt/Kala namak 2 tbs
- Cumin/Zeera 1 tbs
- Mint / Podeena 10
Cooking Directions
Cut Keri and boil in 1 litre water.
Add sugar and blend well.
Add Black salt / Kala namak, Zeera, and Podeena and blend again.
Serve with half glass chilled water and half glass juice.
Can also be served with ice (without water)
