• 1 cup White sesame seed
• 5-6 cloves Garlic
• 1/2 cup Olive oil
• Salt to taste

Add 1 cup white sesame seeds with 5-6 cloves of garlic to water.

Boil till water has dried up.

Then add boiled garlic, sesame seeds, 1/2 cup olive oil and salt to taste to a blender.

Blend o form smooth paste.

Tahini sauce is ready to serve.
