Recipe for Kailay ki Sabzi with Tamarind Sauce
Ingredients
- Semi riped banana-6
- Dry apricots-15 (take out the almond from seed and keep it separately)
- Bishops weed (ajwain)-quarter tsp
- Red Chili-1tsp
- Coriander leaves dried-some leaves
- Tomato paste-3tbsp
- Garlic without skin-4 chopped
- Thick tamarind paste-1 cup
- Brown sugar-2tbsp
- Black pepper-1tsp (Grind)
- Oil-1/2 cup
Cooking Directions
Take Tamarind paste and add all the ingredients in it except almonds, apricots and banana now cook it.
When it gets thick then put apricots and almond.
After 5 minutes dish out and keep it cold.
Now garnish with slices of banana.
