• Puff pastry As required
• Apples 9
• Sugar 250 gm
• Ground cinnamon ½ tsp
• Butter 1 ½ tbsp
• Salt To taste

Peel and cut the apples.

Cook 250 gm sugar, apples and ½ tsp ground cinnamon in a cooking pan until thick.

Crush the puff pastries then layer the mixture on the puff pastry.

Roll it and cut into pieces. Pre-Heat the oven at 200 degree Centigrade.

Grease the baking dish with butter and set the roll on it.

Once baked set Apple puff on the dish and serve it.
