Recipe for APPLE PIE
Ingredients
- 1 Pastry ( 9 inch double crust pie)
- 6 tsps all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 water
- 9 apples (peeled, cored and sliced)
Cooking Directions
Pre heated oven AT 400 degrees F.
Melt butter in pan. Stir in flour to form a paste.
Add water, white sugar and brown sugar.Bring to a boil.
Reduce temperature and simmer.
Place bottom crust in pan. Fill with apples. Cover with a lattice-work crust.
Pour sugar and butter liquid over crust.
Bake for 45 minutes, until apples are soft Serve
