• 1 Pastry ( 9 inch double crust pie)
• 6 tsps all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup Butter
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 1/4 water
• 9 apples (peeled, cored and sliced)

Pre heated oven AT 400 degrees F.

Melt butter in pan. Stir in flour to form a paste.

Add water, white sugar and brown sugar.Bring to a boil.

Reduce temperature and simmer.

Place bottom crust in pan. Fill with apples. Cover with a lattice-work crust.

Pour sugar and butter liquid over crust.

Bake for 45 minutes, until apples are soft Serve
