Recipe for Cabbage and Peas Bhujiya
Ingredients
- Cabbage (chopped) 1
- Peas (boiled) 250 gram
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Onion 1tsp
- Fennel seeds 1tsp
- Red chilies 5
- Turmeric powder 1tsp
- Cumin seeds 1tsp
- Coriander powder 1tsp
- Tomatoes 3
- Fresh coriander ¼ bunch
- Salt to taste
- Oil ¼ cup
Cooking Directions
Finally cut and boil tomatoes.
Heat oil in a pot; fry mustard seeds and cumins.
Add onion and fennel seeds; cook till onion softens.
Add red chillies, turmeric, salt, coriander, red chilli powder and cabbage; fry for 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, peas and fresh coriander; fry for few minutes.
Cook on low flame.
Increase flame after 5 minutes and cook till water dries.
Serve tasty bhujiya hot.
