Recipe for Seekh Kaleji Spicy Bakra Eid
Ingredients
- 1kg kaleji or liver
- 2tsp grinded green chilies
- 2 tsp grinded coriander leaves
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 2tbsp ginger &garlic paste
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- salt to test
- 2tsp oil
Cooking Directions
Marinate kaleji with green chilies , coriander leaves.
Salt, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, cumin powder,yogurt and garam masala powder and oil for a few hours.
Put on skewers and cook over open flame.now it is ready to hot sever with puri or paratha .
