Recipe for Vegetarian Soya Qeema

Ingredients

  • 300 gms soya granules or chunks
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 4 green chillies
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 ” stick cinnamon
  • 3 bayleaves
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • salt to taste

Cooking Directions

Boil the soya granules or chunks with the whole garam masala for 10 mins.

Chop the onion and brown it and add ginger/garlic paste with chillies , stir it few mins and add ground tomatoes.

Add the salt and other spices and cook it on slow fire till it blends well.

Then add the boiled soya granules or chunks and cook it on high fire and add little water gradually until it gets brown in color.

Then add some more water and cook till it thick.

Lastly add ground garam masala and serve with chapatti.
