Recipe for Coffrenzi Recipe
Ingredients
- Marie biscuit 200 gm
- Coffee 1 tbsp heaped mixed with 1 cup boiling water
- Tetra pack cream whipped 2 packets
- Ceramal sauce ½ cup
- Chocolate chip ½ cup
- Praline ½ cup
- Chocolate syrup 4 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Spread Marie biscuit in a oblong Pyrex dish.
Pour the coffee liquid on the biscuit, spread top with chocolate chips and beat cream with caramel sauce.
Pour over biscuit mixture, decorate top with praline, swirls of chocolate syrup.
Serve chilled.
