Recipe for Mango Jam with Cumin
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango, skinned and cubed
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, roasted
- 1 tbsp Jaggery or Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
Cooking Directions
Mix all the ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on High for 7 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
