• Boiled and mashed potato 3
• Carrots 1 cut into tiny cubes and boiled
• Peas ½ cup boiled and mashed
• Cabbage 1 cup finely chopped
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
• Onion chopped 4 tbsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Black pepper ½ tsp
• Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
• Chat masala ½ tsp
• Lemon juice 1 tbsp
• Curry leaves finely chopped 10
• Coriander leaves finely chopped 4 tbsp
• Green chilies finely chopped 3
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Egg 2
• Bread crumbs as required

Heat oil add chopped onion fry till soft add curry leaves with all the boiled and chopped vegetables, salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper, chat masala, lemon juice, mix all well.

Remove, cool, spread mixture on a flat surface.

Cut with any shape cutter, dip in eggs, roll in bread crumbs, shallow fry.

Serve with ketchup.
