Recipe for Khoya Seekh Kabab
Ingredients
- Fine Mince ½ kg
- Salt 1 tsp heaped
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Onion 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Green chilies 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Clarified butter 2 tbsp
- Solid milk ½ cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Marinate mince with salt, chilli powder, all spice, onion, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, clarified butter and solid milk.
Make seekh kababs shape.
Shallow fry in oil, give simmer of charcoal.
Serve with chutney.
