Recipe for Roast Beef With Pepper Sauce
Ingredients
- Beef 1 kg
- Crushed black pepper 3 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Onion 1
- Carrot 2
- Mustard paste 2 tbsp
- Crushed red chili 1tbsp
- Garlic cloves 2-3
- Rose Mary 1 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Pepper sauce ingredients :
- Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
- Fresh cream ½ cup
- Beef stock ½ cup
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Corn starch 1 tsp
Cooking Directions
Preheat oven 200 degree. Marinate 1kg of beef in 1tsp of salt, 2 tbsp of mustard paste; 1 tsp of crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp crushed red chilli, 1 tbsp of rosemary and 4 tbsp of oil.
Now place 2 to 3 cloves of garlic, 2 carrots, 1 onion and beef on baking tray.
Before placing beef on tray cover it with aluminum foil.
Bake for 45 min and remove the foil paper and again bake for 10 min.
For pepper sauce:
Boil ½ cup of fresh cream ,1/2 cup of beef stock, 1tbsp black pepper.
Now add 1tsp of corn starch in water and mix in mixture.
When mixture thickens remove it from flame.
Cut the roast beef in slices and pour pepper sauce over it beef slices.
Delicious roast beef is ready to serve.
