• Chicken breast 2
• Garlic paste 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
• Mustard paste 1 tbsp
• Worchester sauce 2 tbsp
• Flour 1 cup
• Egg beaten 2
• Bread crumbs 1 cup
• Oil ¼ cup
• Crushed red pepper 1 tsp

Cut chicken breast into thin layers, beat using steak hammer.

Marinate with salt to taste, 1 tsp garlic paste, ½ tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp mustard paste, 1 tsp crushed red pepper and 2 tbsp Worchester sauce.

Now coat marinated chicken pieces with dry flour.

Dip in beaten eggs and shallow fry till golden brown.

Flip the side and fry from the other side.

Now remove in a serving platter and serve with any sauce or boiled vegetables.
