• Chicken drumsticks 6-8
• For Marination:
• Oil 1 tbsp
• Mustard paste 1 tsp
• Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
• Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
• Cheese grated 1/2 cup
• Raisins chopped 2 tbsp
• Eggs 2
• Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
• Oil to fry
• For Sauce:
• Soya sauce 2 tsp
• Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
• Tabasco sauce a dash
• Chili crushed 1/2 tsp
• Chaat masala powder 1/2 tsp
• For Garnish:
• Capsicum julienne as required
• Green stuffed olives 3-4 sliced

Par boil drumsticks, apply marination, coat flesh part with cheese and raisin mixture, dip in beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs.

Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.

For sauce:
Mix all ingredients and serve alongside with drumsticks.
