Recipe for Chicken Flower Blossom
Ingredients
- 2 cup White flour
- 2 Egg
- Pinch Salt
- for knead Water
- Ingredients for filling:
- 1/4 kg Chicken mince
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Mushroom chopped
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Ginger and garlic chopped
- for frying Oil
- to taste Salt.
Cooking Directions
To make the dough mix together 2 cups of white flour, 2 eggs, 1 pinch of salt and water. Knead to a soft smooth dough and leave aside to rise.
For the filling:
Heat oil in a pan saute 1 tbsp of ginger and garlic chopped and 1 chopped onion.
After 1-2 minutes add 1/4 kg mince chicken and fry for 3-4 minutes When the color of chicken starts to change put 1/2 cup of mushroom slices, 2 tbsp of soya sauce and salt.
Cook till the water from the chicken has dried. Turn the flame off.
Roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin.
Spread the chicken onto the dough and roll.
Now cut into medium pieces and roll each piece into a small ball.
Repeat with the entire dough. Deep fry in a wok until golden brown.
Dish out and serve.
