• Falsa (Grewia Asiatica) 250 grams
• Sugar ¾ cup
• Water ½ cup
• Salt ½ tsp (heaped)
• Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
• Vinegar 2 tbsp

Put all ingredients in a pan.

Cook until a smooth syrups forms and falsa becomes soft.

Keep in an air tight jar.
