Recipe for Falsa Chutney
Ingredients
- Falsa (Grewia Asiatica) 250 grams
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Water ½ cup
- Salt ½ tsp (heaped)
- Red Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Put all ingredients in a pan.
Cook until a smooth syrups forms and falsa becomes soft.
Keep in an air tight jar.
