Recipe for MIXED FRUIT RAITA
Ingredients
- 2 cups Mixed fruits cut into cubes
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Cooking Directions
Wash and cut all fruits in cubes.
Beat yogurt in a bowl with a hand beater.
Add sugar, salt and black pepper powder in the yogurt.
Now add all mixed fruits, mix well and refrigerate it for 1-2 hours before serving.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
