Recipe for Cucumber Mint Raita
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Plain Yogurt (Dahi/Curd)
- 1 Small Cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 Green Chili, finely chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar(Optional)
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Mint Leaves, finely chopped
- Salt to Taste
- To Garnish:
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro (Coriander Leaves), finely chopped
Cooking Directions
In a bowl, whisk the plain yogurt until smooth.
Add diced cucumber, mint leaves, green chili sugar(optional) and salt, mix well.
Garnish with chopped cilantro leaves.
Serve with rice, chappati or parathas
