Recipe for Salad Raita
Ingredients
- 2 cups Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Tomato chopped
- 1/2 cup Onion chopped
- 1/2 cup cucumber chopped
- to taste salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsps mint leaves
- 1 tsp cumin
Cooking Directions
Blend yogurt, salt, black pepper, mint leaves and cumin seeds in a blender
Put yogurt mixture in a bowl and add tomatoes, onion and cucumber
Garnish with mint leaves Serve cold
