Recipe for Fried Batair
Ingredients

- Batair (coil) 10
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- Chat masala 2 tbsp
- Whole spice powder 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Oil for fry
Cooking Directions
In a bowl put batair mix all ingredients.
Marinate for 30 minutes then fry well.
Sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
